What is the Everyday Hero Box?

The Everyday Hero box is currently being offered as a special courtesy to our community, as a way to say thank you to the people making a difference everyday. All you need to pay is shipping and handling. The rest is on us. 

When will my hero receive the box?

We will begin processing your purchase immediately upon payment. The box will ship within 3-5 business days of the purchase date and should arrive within 4-6 days of shipping. We will send confirmation and tracking information to the purchaser. 

What does shipping and expedited handling include?

Shipping includes the cost of sending a one-time gift to your everyday hero. Expedited handling not only covers speedier shipping, but also pays the essential workers at our partnering warehouses to assemble and prepare the box for shipping. 

Where is this box available?

This box is only available within the contiguous United States at the standard S&H fee. Shipping is available to Canada & non-contiguous states (Hawaii, Alaska, PR) for a flat rate of $20. 

The box did not arrive or an item is damaged.

In the rare case an item arrives damaged or is missing, please contact our customer service team! We will be happy to resolve your request. Please include a photo of the damaged item with your submission to expedite a resolution. Issues must be reported within 30 days ofthe delivery confirmation of your box. 

How do I get a refund?

We are not offering refunds for The Everyday Heroes Gift Box at this time! The expedited shipping and handling charges help fund ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the essential workers in our fulfillment center.
