MARKED by Inked, your new monthly obsession. We teamed up with some of the industry’s top artists to create the next hot membership experience celebrating tattoo culture.

Every MARKED box features high-value products celebrating tattoo culture and a collectible, limited edition piece of canvas art by a notable tattoo artist. Boxes will also include a wearable or accessory, tattoo skin care, CBD infused product, and bonus goodies.

And equally important, a donation will be made to The Scars Foundation for purchasing this box. The Scars Foundation has been established by Sully Erna and Godsmack to help raise awareness of the mental health issues that so many are faced with today.

If this is the first box you are receiving from us, then you will get an Inked trucker hat. All of your future boxes moving forward will include the exclusive T-shirt for that month in the size you specified at checkout.

If you are an existing subscriber of the Marked box and have already received a box from us, then your box will include the T-shirt, not the hat. 

One lucky subscriber will win a $250 gift certificate to a tattoo shop of their choice! Three other lucky winners will win Godsmack goods including accessories and apparel.

MARKED is a bi-monthly subscription and will ship every other month, 6 times per year. Jan, March, May, July, September, November. Enjoy!

The Scars Foundation has been established by Sully Erna and Godsmack to help raise awareness of the mental health issues that so many are faced with today. They work to provide support for those struggling with mental illness and to prevent suicide. 

Accounts & Billing

Your subscription will be charged at the time of your signup, during checkout. Following your signup, all subscriptions will be charged on the 20th of the month of your next scheduled delivery.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Sorry to see you go! Your subscription can be canceled in your user account. Please cancel your subscription at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date. Any cancellation requests received once a renewal has been issued and a shipment has been processed will take effect for the following subscription period. Here are steps to help you cancel:

1. Click "Login" in the top right corner of your screen

2. Enter your email and password  to login

3. Click "My Account" in the top right corner of your screen

4. Click "Manage Subscription" in the bottom left of your screen

5. Cancel your subscription

Though you have a subscription with us, you may not have an account set up yet. Here are the steps to create an account:

1. Click "Login" in the top right corner of your screen

2. Click "Sign up" in blue

3. Create an account using the email address that you receive order confirmations through.

Shipping & Delivery

Boxes will be delivered between the 20-30th of every odd month (January, March, May, July, September, November). We will send an email notification with tracking information once your box has shipped and it will also be available on your account page.

Shipping & Handling is an additional charge that is included at checkout.

At the moment, we ship to all US states and territories including APO/FPO addresses.

You can change your shipping address by logging into your account. To change an address, on the ‘My Account‘ page under the ‘My Addresses’ section you’ll see your billing and shipping addresses. You can modify these before the next billing period to ensure that your next box goes to the correct address!

In the rare case an item comes damaged or is missing, please contact our customer service team and we'd be happy to resolve your request. Please include a photo of the damaged item with your submission to expedite a resolution. Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery confirmation of your box.
